Formerly a solicitor at P&B Law, and prior to that, in-house counsel for a builder, Annette is now at Eidelweisz Lawyers. She completed her Juris Doctor at RMIT, her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at ANU and was admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and High Court of Australia.

She practices predominantly in commercial law, insolvency law, construction law, estate planning and trust disputes.

Having previously worked in-house for a builder she has gained experience in building contracts negotiation, security of payment claims, owners corporation disputes, defects claims, mediations and litigation proceedings at VCAT, Magistrates Court and the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Annette is also experienced in drafting various commercial agreements including joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, development agreements, unitholder agreements, loan agreements, terms of service and management agreements.

Annette has expertise in estate planning and probate applications as well. She has represented both executors and beneficiaries in the Supreme Court in claims under Part IV of the Administration and Probate Act (Vic) 1958.
